Tank and UFC Fight Night Talk Highlight Beatdown

Thursday's "Beatdown" is packed in the "insight and hilarity" that you have come to expect from host TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross. Joining them are fighters John Alessio (Pictures) and David Abbott. Also Diego Sanchez (Pictures)' trainer Greg Jackson discusses his fighters bout versus Karo Parisyan (Pictures).

Alessio's last fight was at UFC 60 at The Staples Center, where he lost a decision to Sanchez. He joins TJ and Josh to talk about his fight coming up tonight in the WEC and to breakdown the match between Sanchez and former training partner Parisyan. "The Natural" gives his insight based on fighting and training with the two men that will headline tonight's UFC Fight Night card on SpikeTV.

"Tank" Abbott is a legend in North American mixed martial arts. Fighting in the early days of the UFC Abbott has garneshed a cult like following of fans looking to see his devastating strikes. Abbott talks about his career and his upcoming fight in Strikeforce against American Kickboxing Academy fighter Paul Buentello (Pictures). Tank talks the fight and his preperation for the fight.

Jackson joins TJ and Josh to talk about the main event of the UFC Fight Night card tonight on SpikeTV. Jackson discusses his stable of upcoming fighters, the new found attention his gym is getting, and how he thinks the fight between Diego and Karo will go.

De Santis and Gross breakdown the televised fights on tonight's UFC card, read the mailbag, and Gross talks about his hour-long sitdown talk with PRIDE heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko (Pictures).
