The Paradise Warrior Retreat will return to Southern California on October 12th

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Paradise Warrior Retreat will return to Southern California on October 12th after four years of absence to put on one of its most star studded events at Gokor's MMA Gym in North Hollywood CA.

Part fantasy camp, part training seminar, the PWR will be bringing Elite coaches, legendary fighters and world champions together with local fighters and fight fans for a once in a lifetime weekend experience.

The trainers of this camp will be 63 times world kickboxing champion Benny "The Jet" Urquidez , newly crowned UFC light weight champion, Anthony Pettis, MMA coach of the year and former trainer to UFC and Pride champions, Anderson Silva, Wanderlei Silva and Mauricio Rua, Master Rafael Cordeiro. Cordeiro will teach at the PWR event along his top Student 2 times BJJ world champion, former Strikeforce champion and UFC title contender, Fabricio Werdum. The other instructors of this event will be rising MMA star Cub Swanson and three times national Judo champion and former world Sambo champion, Gokor Chiviciyan.

The Paradise Warrior Retreat event present a unique concept where the fans of the sport allowed a unique experience to train for two days and socialize with their idols. The Paradise Warrior Retreat have been putting seminars since 2004 across all the major cities in the US and Canada and has featured among its instructors some of the top names in the MMA world , such as, Chuck Liddell, Matt Hughes, B.J. Penn, Jon Jones, Chris Weidman, Bas Rutten, Dan Henderson, Frankie Edgar and more. The event draws everyone , from professional fighters to weekend warriors, government agents, fans of the sport, adult children and families.

The participant of the event get to train over 6 hours per day with MMA world champions and Martial arts legends. The instructors demonstrate different techniques and the participants get to drill it with a partner to perfection. At night they get to meet and greet, at an open public event, at a local bar lounge or restaurant, where they can take pictures of the fighters and get signed autographs.
