The card took place on Saturday night in Belem, Brazil, and was headlined by a middleweight clash between former 205-pound champion Lyoto Machida and ex-University of Alabama linebacker Eryk Anders. The contest went the full five rounds, with Machida winning via split decision. The card also onetime bantamweight title challenger Valentina Shevchenko submit Priscila Cachoeira via rear-naked choke in the second round of a lopsided flyweight co-main event.

Meanwhile, preliminary bill attracted an audience of 361,000 to Fox Sports 2. The featured prelim of the evening saw Sergio Moraes take a contentious split decision over Tim Means in a welterweight tilt.

Overall, the card was an improvement over Machida’s last headlining gig, which drew just 588,000 viewers to FS1 for his first-round knockout loss to Derek Brunson at UFC Fight Night 119 in Sao Paulo on Oct. 28.
